Eric Kremer is a partner in the law firm's Real Estate practice. He represents and counsels clients principally with regard to real estate-related transactions, including purchase and sale, commercial leasing, land use, project finance, construction lending and real estate finance, workouts, restructures and large project development, including infrastructure projects and high-tech and biotech research, development and manufacturing facilities.

Mr. Kremer maintains an active energy infrastructure practice which focuses on complex development projects including power projects (both conventional and renewable), encompassing all aspects of project development, finance, acquisition, sale and leasing, including representation in connection with site due diligence, land use and title insurance issues, and drafting and negotiation of intricate design, finance, construction and project agreements (e.g., participating agreements, EPC agreements, fuel supply and transportation agreements, ground leases and reciprocal easement grants). In addition to representation of project owners and developers, Mr. Kremer has extensive experience in the representation of large institutional lenders in structuring and documenting industrial construction and project finance facilities, large revolving credit facilities and term loan transactions involving real estate and personal property collateral, as well as the negotiation of loan workouts and credit facility restructurings.

Mr. Kremer attended the University of Lund in Sweden for one year and is proficient in Swedish. Mr. Kremer also spent one year in Tokyo, Japan with the Japanese law firm, Mori Sogo Law Offices (now Mori Hamada & Matsumoto), representing Japanese companies in a variety of international transactions, including development and acquisition projects in the U.S., China, England, Australia, New Zealand, Saipan and Guam.
